IF YOU LIKE GETTING SWEATY AND DIRTY OUTSIDE THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU.

The Trail Network: Take it at your own pace.

The trail is extremely steep in some sections. Exercise extreme caution, and please stay on the path.

A short, intense climb with rewarding scenery leads to a looped track on a flat bench. Venture through rocky paths of ponderosa pine and larch, into a birch and maple stand. Continue on within fern and huckleberry patches to wind up in a cedar grove. The benefits of time outdoors are best experienced firsthand. Challenge yourself. The views from the top are incredible.

Exercise Area and Obstacle Course

Exercise outside to boost your immune system, energize T cells, support cognition, lower stress & anxiety, produce vitamin D, sleep better, and increase NK cells.

We are working hard to develop an outdoor exercise space. If you are interested in getting involved to make it happen or would like to donate materials, please contact hilltalk@thehillhub.ca
